Appointments to View Overseas Properties

We are also happy to see clients who wish to make their own travel arrangements. We generally require at least 2 weeks notice to arrange an appointment but they can occasionally be arranged with less. NOTE: very popular destinations such as Italy can be booked up 2 months in advance so please contact us before booking your flights.

Overseas Property Investors

It is not necessary for clients to visit a property before purchasing it and many of our investor clients regularly purchase property over the phone, because for early opportunity investments and off-plan purchases there is usually no property to see, just a field and plans, etc..

We generally recommend this approach for professional property investors and clients who have purchased with us before.

Other Areas

Not all areas are currently covered by inspection visits however we can still assist for the other areas by arranging the flights, accommodation, airport transfers, etc.
