Appointments to View Overseas Properties
We are also happy to see clients who wish to make their own travel arrangements. We generally require at least 2 weeks notice to arrange an appointment but they can occasionally be arranged with less. NOTE: very popular destinations such as Italy can be booked up 2 months in advance so please contact us before booking your flights.
Overseas Property Investors
It is not necessary for clients to visit a property before purchasing it and many of our investor clients regularly purchase property over the phone, because for early opportunity investments and off-plan purchases there is usually no property to see, just a field and plans, etc..We generally recommend this approach for professional property investors and clients who have purchased with us before.
